- Day 01
: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft).
We will welcome you warmly to Kathmandu, Nepal as you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport. After clearing customs and immigration, our representatives will meet you outside of the airport terminal and transport you to your hotel. The rest of the evening is for you to relax and enjoy getting settled into your room.
- Day 02
Kathmandu: sightseeing and trek preparation.
We start a guided tour to different most ancient and divine attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these milestones are considered World Heritage Sites including the historic Durbar Square which are Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square. The holy Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Buddhist shrine Bouddhanath. After roaming around these sites you will be able to know Nepal’s history and culture which is beyond amazing. At evening, there will be a pre-trip talk where we can meet our team members who will brief us about the trek and upcoming exploration.
- Day 03
Fly to Pokhara, drive to Nayapul, and trek to Ulleri (1960m): 30 min flight, 1.5 hr. drive, and 6 hours’ trek.
Get ready to take the exciting flight to Pokhara and enjoy the scenery as we fly to the lakeside city with the Annapurna Range framing the beautiful Lake Phewa where Pokhara is nestled. Once in Pokhara, we will take a private transport to Nayapul (1070 m), then start hiking to Ulleri. The trail isn’t difficult, but it does ascend steadily, but this will help us get to the best places for viewing magnificent mountain scenery.
- Day 04
: Ulleri to Ghorepani (2880): 4 – 5-hour trek.
Luckily we gained most of the elevation the previous day, so the trail will lessen in ascending to the settlement of Ghorepani. Along the way plan to see terraced fields and small homes of the Gurung people as we head to the village. The best view of Mt. Annapurna South (7219m) and Hiunchuli (6441m) can be seen in the background which makes the trek more exciting. After arrival in Ghorepani has some rest then roam around the village.
- Day 05
Ghorepani to Tadapani (2630m) with a visit to Poon Hill (3193m): 6 – 7 hours.
An early hike from the village towards the famous viewpoint of Poon Hill is worth this day Annapurna Massif will be awash in colors as the sun lights it up inch by inch. Along the Annapurna Massif peaks such as Mt. Gangapurna (7454 m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), and Mt. Hiunchuli (6,441 m). After the beautiful moment in Poon Hill, we will return back in Ghorepani and head forward towards Tadapani. The rest of the day we enjoy walking through lovely mountain landscapes and mixed deciduous forests and waterfalls till we reach Tadapani where the views never stop with Annapurna South (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Machhapuchhre (6997m) and Annapurna II (7937m) are featured prominently.
- Day 06
Tadapani to Chhomrong (2170m): 6-hour trek
From Tadapani we will easily walk about six hours for the day. The trail descends to the beautiful Kimrong Stream that delightfully plays along for a while before we head into deep rhododendron forests. Then we will pass a few more Gurung settlements before we reach Chhomrong for the evening. As with almost all of this hike, the views will incredible from this hillside village. They are most spectacular in the clear cool morning
- Day 07
Chhomrong to Bamboo (2310m): 4 – 5 hours.
Enjoy a day of descent, roughly 2500 stone steps worth of descent and then cross a bridge above Chhomrong Khola (river). This glacially fed river pours mighty over giant boulders heading down to the lowlands below. Then the trail leads uphill to Sinuwa, a small settlement. As we walk through lovely forests we pass another village of Kuldighar before reaching the final destination for the evening, Bamboo. Though Bamboo lacks the stunning views of the other villages, nevertheless it’s a quaint stay and will reward you with a relaxing and restful night.
- Day 08
Bamboo to Deurali (3230m): 3 – 4 hours.
The morning will start cool as we move through a bamboo forest and begin an ascent, and after passing the Himalayan Hotel, the views open back up with the river far below. Before reaching Deurali, we will pass by Hinku Cave that once provided an important landmark for earlier Annapurna expeditions. From the river to Deurali the scenery will become exceptional. The forest gives way to more sub-alpine terrain and delicate waterfalls cover high cliffs.
- Day 09
: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m): 5- 6 hours.
Today will be a more rigorous hike once we leave the riverbed early in the day and climb from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Not only do we get a front-row seat of Machhapuchhre (6997m) but Mt Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South (7219m), and Annapurna I (8091m) come back into view. This is also the gateway to the unique Annapurna Sanctuary. Enter into the amphitheater of mountains as we climb to the Annapurna Base Camp to spend the night. Nothing gets in the way of a panoramic view of mesmerizing peaks like Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna I (8091m), Himchuli (6441m) and Machhapuchhre (6997m) glittering around you.
- Day 10
: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo: 7 – 8 hours.
Waking up to a 360-degree view of the mighty Himalayan Mountains is nothing short of spectacular. Sip your coffee or tea as you gaze at one of the most spectacular places on earth full of interesting biodiversity and incredible mountains. We then head back to Bamboo with plenty of time to take in the sights and snap lots of pictures.
- Day 11
: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1780m): 5 – 6 hours.
Bamboo to Jhinu Danda is a mix of both ascending and descending as we make a final descent to Jhinu Danda, and the best part of the day, the natural hot springs. Just 15 minutes from our night’s stay is a glorious large rock pool for you to soak the days of trekking away and completely relax in the twilight of the day.
- Day 12
: Trek to Naya Pul then drive to Pokhara: 6-hour trek, and 1-hour drive.
The trek back to Naya Pul takes us from the world of the alpine and transports us to hills full of villages and terraced fields. Once in Naya Pul, we take private transport back to Pokhara and overnight there before flying back to Kathmandu the next day.
- Day 13-14
Spare Weather Day.
In case if there will be no flight then you can roam around Pokhara city. Adventures like Bungee, Rafting, Paragliding, and cycling can be done here in this free day. In the evening, you walk around the peaceful environment of lakeside and have a silent moment with nature.
- Day 15
Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
In the afternoon we board the small plane and fly back to Kathmandu where we will escort you back to your hotel to leave you to relax for the evening.
- Day 15
A representative will escort you to the international airport in Kathmandu and bid you farewell as you head to your next destination.
