After check-in, you may relax after your journey or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, Kathmandu’s famous tourist district known for its lively atmosphere, cafes, restaurants, handicraft shops, and trekking stores.

In the evening, your trekking guide will provide a detailed trek briefing and final equipment check to prepare you for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 : Shared Helicopter Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Your Everest adventure begins with an exciting shared helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, one of the world’s most scenic mountain air routes. Enjoy spectacular aerial views of terraced hills, deep valleys, snow-covered peaks, and remote Himalayan villages during the flight.

After landing at Lukla, meet your trekking crew and begin the trek through the beautiful Dudh Koshi River Valley. The trail gently descends through pine forests, traditional Sherpa villages, Buddhist prayer wheels, mani walls, and colorful suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags.

This relatively easy first trekking day helps your body gradually adapt to the altitude while allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful mountain environment.

Day 3 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Today’s trek follows the Dudh Koshi River through beautiful pine forests and crosses several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steadily toward Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital of the Everest region.

Along the climb, weather permitting, you may catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest.

Namche Bazaar is a bustling mountain town filled with bakeries, cafes, trekking shops, and stunning mountain scenery.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Proper acclimatization is essential for a safe and enjoyable trek. Today you will take a short acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel or nearby viewpoints above Namche Bazaar for spectacular panoramic mountain views.

You may also visit the Sherpa Museum, local monasteries, cafes, and traditional markets while learning more about the rich culture and history of the Khumbu region.

Day 5 : Trek to Deboche (3,820m)

The trail offers breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and other Himalayan giants as you continue through the Khumbu Valley. Pass through the beautiful villages of Khumjung and Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Everest region.

After visiting the monastery, descend through rhododendron forests to the peaceful village of Deboche.

Day 6 : Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

As the trek continues deeper into the Khumbu region, the landscape becomes more rugged and dramatic. The trail passes through Pangboche village and follows the Imja Valley toward Dingboche.

Surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks and stone-walled fields, Dingboche is one of the most beautiful settlements in the Everest region.

Day 7 : Acclimatization Hike to Nagarjun Ri (5,060m)

Today’s acclimatization hike to Nagarjun Ri provides some of the best panoramic mountain views in the Everest region. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking views of Makalu, Lobuche Peak, Ama Dablam, Cho Oyu, and surrounding glaciers.

This important acclimatization day greatly improves your body’s adaptation to higher altitude before continuing toward Everest Base Camp.

Day 8 : Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)

Today’s trail gradually ascends through alpine terrain and memorial sites dedicated to climbers who lost their lives during Everest expeditions. Continue alongside the Khumbu Glacier while enjoying dramatic mountain scenery before arriving in Lobuche.

Day 9 : Everest Base Camp (5,364m) via Gorakshep

Today marks the highlight of your Himalayan adventure. Trek to Gorakshep before continuing toward the legendary Everest Base Camp, located at the foot of the world’s highest mountain.
